Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver within Germany with DHL goGreen and charge for shipping:

Up to 2 kg – €5.49

Up to 5 kg – €6.99

Up to 10 kg – €9.49

Up to 20 kg – €14.99

Up to 25 kg – €24.99

Up to 30 kg – €34.99

Up to 31.5 kg – €36.99

(Deliveries within Germany over 31.5 kg are unfortunately not possible with DHL goGreen.)

We also deliver to other European countries (EU), specifically to: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland and Sweden

We deliver to other European countries with DHL goGreen and charge for shipping:

Up to 5 kg – €14.99

Up to 10 kg – €24.99

Up to 15 kg – €34.99

Up to 20 kg – €44.99

(Deliveries to other European countries over 20 kg are unfortunately not possible with DHL goGreen.)

Delivery to Switzerland:

Packages cannot yet be sent directly to Switzerland. However, we work with the well-known logistics partner meineinkauf.ch so that you can receive your package quickly and affordably in Switzerland, without complex customs clearance and additional payments. Our shipping costs for Germany apply, plus the flat rate from meinEinkauf.ch.

Please note that delivery times may be extended by 2-3 working days compared to shipping times for Germany.

All information on the ordering process, costs and which products (e.g. food) are excluded from delivery can be found at meinEinkauf.ch.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Please note: 10 kg of cut greenery with cardboard unfortunately weigh more than 10 kg and therefore fall into the next higher shipping class.
