Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver within Germany with DHL goGreen and charge the following for shipping:

Up to 2 kg – €5.49

Up to 5 kg – €6.99

Up to 10 kg – €9.49

Up to 20 kg – €14.99

Up to 25 kg – €24.99

Up to 30 kg – €34.99

Up to 31.5 kg – €36.99

(Unfortunately, deliveries within Germany over 31.5 kg are not possible with DHL goGreen.)

We also deliver to other European countries (EU), namely: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland and Sweden

We deliver to other European countries with DHL goGreen and charge the following for shipping:

Up to 5 kg – €14.99

Up to 10 kg – €24.99

Up to 15 kg – €34.99

Up to 20 kg – €44.99

(Unfortunately, deliveries to other European countries over 20 kg are not possible with DHL goGreen.)

Delivery to Switzerland:

Parcels cannot currently be sent directly to Switzerland. However, we work together with the well-known logistics partner meineinkauf.ch so that you can receive your parcel quickly and inexpensively in Switzerland, without complicated customs clearance and additional payments. Our shipping costs for Germany apply, plus the flat rate charged by meinEinkauf.ch.

Please note that delivery times may be extended by 2-3 working days compared with the shipping times for Germany as a result.

The shipping costs are also clearly communicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
