New: We fund trees for your planting project!
From the very beginning, we have planted one tree for every Christmas tree sold.
In the first year, as most companies do:
We pay an external service provider who then plants trees somewhere in the world and issues us with a certificate. In the second and third year, we started reforesting the area ourselves, because the destroyed forest on our doorstep made us so sad that we really wanted to take action.
Now we have come up with something new:
There are now so many No Christmas Tree users that it would be exciting to see small and large No Christmas Tree planting projects springing up everywhere. For this we need your support. Whether as a family, neighborhood, club or community – get together and green your area. We will provide you with the trees free of charge.
This is how it works:
- We require the following information in the application: contact details, number of plants required, delivery address, address of the plantation or geo-coordinates, type of land (forest, field, grassland, garden), name of planter, name of landowner, no tree purchased, when?
- Send us a short application for 2024 by 15.03. to wald@keinachtsbaum.de
- To make shipping worthwhile, there must be at least 40 plants per project.
- The project selection is made by us and there is no right to acceptance of the project.
- The plants are specified by us. Larch, Douglas fir, silver fir & red oak.
- You will receive a form on your application that must be signed. In the form, the planter declares that he has the consent of the landowner, does not sell the plants elsewhere, plants them properly, etc.
- We would like to have at least 3 meaningful photos of your planting campaign, which we can ideally also use for publications.
- If not enough projects come in, we will look for projects or implement our own projects in order to keep our promise (one tree planted for every Christmas tree sold).
